BHALWAL

The site plan of Bhalwal was planed by Mr. Melcome Helly, the first colony assistant. The name of Bhalwal was suggested due to the old tribe of Bhalwana family, by passage of time now it is being called Bhalwal. The Government declare it town in 1909 and then gave it the status of Municipal Committee on 01-02-1975.

Bhalwal significance got a further boost due to its close proximity with motor way/ salam interchange.
